As a mentor in psychologically grounded consciousness and transformation work, I accompany you with
a modern, solution-focused approach and profound self-reflection through the challenging phases of your
inner growth. A gently protected space for your unfolding.
Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change.

Relationships, family, work and health reflect our inner experience. I support you where patterns repeat,
get stuck, or cause difficulty. The focus is on exploring what drives your feelings, thoughts, and reactions
—so that unconscious dynamics can be recognized, clarified, and transformed. Challenging states are
allowed to come to an end.

You gain awareness of previous obstacles and open yourself to new possibilities—unfolding your
potential, living consciously, and experiencing ease, enthusiasm, and fulfillment. New insights can be
directly integrated into your daily life—supported by your willingness to grow.

I work in the quantum field, weaving together methods from trauma integration, systemic counseling,
psychosomatic approaches, and NLP.

The path ahead does not yet require clarity but movement.

Some experiences are hard to put into words, and we may fear opening up to someone. Yet here, no topic, feeling, or action is embarrassing or wrong. When we learn to approach what has happened with mindfulness, wounds can heal—at your own pace, with respect for your experience. For even in the darkest experiences, something precious can be found: the wisdom of your scars, from which self-confidence and inner strength may grow.

Move. Feel. Allow yourself to open up. This is how space for vitality arises.

Here, you can feel safe—just as you are, with everything that has shaped you. Everything is welcome, because all of it is part of who we are. By embracing this—by accepting ourselves in all our facets and saying “yes” to who we are—so much becomes possible.

Information on working with children
In cases involving children under seven years old, I work directly with the mother or parents. From around 7–8 years of age, and depending on the individual case, I involve a so-called representative in the work. From approximately 12–14 years of age, and with parental or guardian consent, I work for the first time in individual sessions.

Note on working while taking medication:
I do not offer regular support if you are taking psychotropic drugs or other strong medications. In individual cases, guidance may be possible with long-term medication, provided that the person ensures this responsibly in consultation with their treating physicians.
